Knowledge of CNC Machines and controls is at the heart of our business. We have been providing field service, PM programs, phone and email support for over 20 years to over 1000 customers. Servicing and providing technical support for most major brands of CNC lathes, mills and controls, we have built an extensive database of more than 500GB of technical information that we can reference to support our customers.
If you are not in our immediate field service area, we offer a complete annual Technical Support Program (TSP) that provides unlimited phone/email support for $50/month (renewed per calendar year, but you can sign up at any time and pay for the balance of the months in the current year). This program not only provides troubleshooting/tech support, but you also receive access to our online website library of manuals as well as access to technical documentation, where we can send you procedures and technical information to assist you with repairing your machine.
Regular phone/email assistance not needed? You can always call and open up a service ticket on an as-needed basis (a service rate of $75/hour will be charged, typical billed times are 1- 1.5 hours per service ticket).
